It rides down my thigh. I wear the brace to bed or whenever the pain starts up and the pain is relieved within a few hours.
Thet size works great. The brace fits perfectly. I am very overweight and i bought the xxxl one, which fits or rather it is the correct sizing to fit me.
Strong, wide velcro straps that wrap around. Fasten the center strap first to hold it in position while fasting the outer two straps.
Cons

Its not a miracle device that makes all your pain go away without restricting range of motion nothing will deliver that
