It’s also really thin so it doesn’t displace a lot of water if you add it to pre warmed water

I have had a difficult time trying to keep the lid on and the strainer upright as it tends to tip over and the cap just comes off

Obviously be mindful if your mugcup is to widespead then it wont work

I do get some rusty build up around where the lip attaches and hand washing it can be tedious because of how small the holes are and pieces getting stuck in the lip
