Getting alexa to work with the tv was fiddly i gave up in the end but giving voice commands to the tv is a bit of a gimmick imo

My grandad 94 can actually see the screen now he is partially sighted and seems to be able to hear it much better than his old tv he is profoundly deaf

The remote controls which came with the tv were not great but it is hardly a major problem
