You just connect to itunes and export the songs and it shuffles at random like an ipod shuffle

The main drawback is that once wearing the device and swimming it’s almost impossible to use the controls

Am no expert on sound quality but they sound good to me and being mp3 as opposed to bluetooth i dont lose connection whilst swimming
