    I received this book as a gift, and i have found the recipes inspirational, but if you are not into stocking your pantry with new flours, this is not for you.

    I realize many people feel it's difficult to make but i think that's because the instructions (in the previous tartine baking book) are so detailed, really more of an essay than a recipe.
