Pros

This is with my regular 500 gb hd (not ssd) paired. The only drawbacks are that it’s a permanent upgrade, it takes up your sd slot, and it isn’t the cheapest storage device out there. It is non-intrusive and does not stick out like a sd card.

This seamless expands my macbook. It looks great and fits beautifully. Great to boost the storage on my macbook.

Be sure to follow all steps diligently. They are simple, but be careful to follow everything exactly. Simple, easy, and secure.

Cons

This company is a sham. Their support process is dependent on one server? Until the company can come up with terms that are acceptable from a usage and security standpoint, stay away.

After installing high sierra, my computer would restart on its own for no reason. Ended up buying an entirely new laptop due to storage issues. It seems the hardware in the chip itself has died, as no mac will recognize it.
