I am extremely please with the ease of operation and the overall quality of this selfie stick.
Packaging/appearance
The only thing that we could not get to work properly is using the selfie stick for video.
To me that shows that if they took the time to care about the packaging, they product inside is probably also very well thought out.

In order to mount your phone onto the phone holder, you have to use two hands to pull the holder apart, then insert your phone.

But once the phone is mounted, there is no way it will fall out.

The glass curves close to the edge, and the holder presses on the edges, thus you get concerned that it may crack the glass on the edge.
