Im going to make sure to register my desk lamp incase it does start to malfunction

The base is slightly larger diameter than what i have had on previous desk lamps this is to keep it from tipping over as the light armwand sticks out well past the edge of the base but the base is also relatively thin so it isnt terribly intrusive

It goes from a bright fluorescent bluish to a warm yellow color
