There are 3 pairs of silicone earbuds - small, medium, large. The bit that goes behind your neck seems to be silicone too, and it's quite comfortable. I wear this inside a fairly snug helmet and it still fits.
I have had zero issues after that, the battery lasts long and the quality of the sound is great.

These seem pretty decent. A nice touch is the small, triangular bit of plastic that i discovered on these. Great value for under $50.

Cant say the same for wind noise but if you can get your hands on some foam 4mm ear tips which are really cheap that should do much better than the plastic tips included
