The seller andor the amazon listing needs to do a better job of indicating that this is a grey market item

However if repairs or maintenance is neeed tamron and most of its approved repair shops will reject grey market lenses and you will have to find a shop that will take on the repairs

I was to sent it to service on tamron and they told me was grey market and coulndt be served i feel so bad about this

I know the picture of the wolf is pretty awful but i included it specifically so i could point out that the wolf was about a mile and a half away from me and you can still clearly see it although not in great quality
