Note that the version of pe̍hōejī used here is slightly different than the romanization you will find at the dictionary run by taiwans ministry of education 教育部 moe

Your choices are essentially limited to the maryknoll series of books which as i understand requires signing up for lessons the bernhard fuehrer yang hsiufang series which retails for about 140 on amazon glossika which is thankfully free but does not include much explanation of what the heck is happening and lins book
