Very good for gradual increase in tension necessary. Super quick drying and works well.
Cons
Everything seems durable and well made so far but the material that holds the bands in place on each end are bulky and rough. These are not durable. It’s missing the wrist band and hand strengthening ring. Total misre representationsation.

For renters if youre at full tension and have a grip slip the handles and clips can hit the wall and damagedent the dry wall
