So when the gyms closed down and quarantine restrictions were put into place, I may or may not have put on unwanted pounds. Living in an appartment, 3rd floor to be precise, there are certain things one must be mindful of such as not throwing your weight around and stomping on a treadmill, which narrows down my options for at home workouts. So looked into this and gosh, I have to say, I can now get a full body workout right at home without raising a racket!Now there are a couple kits that provide similar things in the package so can't say what exactly makes this product stand out from those (seemed similar, just some side items switched out for others really is what it came down to) but as a product on its own, so far it has been great in getting a good pump at home with everything one needs to keep in shape.
