The pouch given is very helpful. Team 4com technologies warm and prompt support on all queries about the product. Sound quality average as expected. Good value for money with the chipset 8645, nt 8635.
Hello is the best headphone at this price range. Charging takes about 1:30 hr and gives almost 5 hrs entertainment. The battery life is excellent. They are compatible with various ios, android and windows devices.
Cons
It’s not at all durable. Sound quality is good but it's microphone is pathetic. Feels like a cheap chinese earphone.
