Pros

The material is very thick, one reason i did buy another is because of how durable it is and the issues i have had with theft at festivals. Comfortable and sturdy.

The pack has a large insulated main compartment where the bladder goes. The bladder is an extra large 3 liter capacity and even the bite tubing is insulated.

This is the second hydration pack i bought from diaz. Bought 2 for electric forest music festival. Perfect for day hiking. Went on a hike today.

The company's customer service is phenomenal. The warranty is awesome too. Fantastic customer service on the seller's part.

Quality of the pack is awesome! For the pricepoint, it's worth every penny. I also have to buy another one because my girlfriend liked it so much.

Cons

The biggest thing you want to know about this type of item is leakage. My son, who asked for this for his birthday, so he could stay hydrated at a chicago 4-day music festival, discovered the bladder leaked (at the bottom) about an hour into day 1.
