Pros

I love that it had a velcro patch for morale patches, and i love the lifetime warranty.

The pack fits well and is lightweight and minimalist. While it holds 3 liters of water plus several pockets for extra stuff, it isn't too bulky. It holds 3 liters!

Zippers and buckles seem durable. It has two zippers, velcro, and a clippy thing (like for a car seat), plus another velcro strap to hold the bag up.

Comfortable for running (15 mile run) and for biking. I get alot of compliments from my freinds who have seen the pack. Thank you jeffrey of diaz sport, for making such a comfortable, quality day hike backpack + camelback combo.

The customer service these guys provide is phenomenal! These people are the best! This is the best water pack i've ever used. All of the functionality is great.

Cons

Poor workmanship. Pretty displeased. Based on what i saw of its construction, i expect it would eventually fail anyway.
