The center “ring” is a halfinch short of going all the way through the center core of a roll of tape

If i were going to be using this constantly all day long then i would certainly purchase a different dispenser that is actually made correctly

Pick up the item use the tape set the item back down

The scissor blades become glued with residue because the blades have to touch the glued part of the tape to cut it

But with this item the cutting edge is on the top of the nonglued tape side
