Pros

Love the locking mechanism and that there are 2 short handles. Much more robust and heavier then the presto 23qt.

Steam comes out of the sides, but it does not affect the pressure of canning. The manual also states you must replace the gasket once a year.

Cons

Very annoying and ridiculously time consuming to get the pressure up. The instructions are horrible. Instruction boot is just loose pages. Sold by amazon, not a t-fal error.
