Pros & Cons

Pros

After about three weeks of almost daily use, there has been no chipping or scratching. The rest of my calphalon set is still like new, because the silicone lids don't damage the non stick.

Most modern pans have a concave spot in the center when new and cold. It's based on the metallurgy of the pan bottom and the expansion rate when heated.

They are durable, and make a great replacement for my 10 & 12 sautes and frying pans. As they start to wear out, i just replace them individually. I still have my original 10 inch fry tfal and it's in great condition.

Cons

It appears i was sent a returned item. Heat distribution is less than great, and my range is induction so that should not be an issue. Don't waste your money buying an expensive pan, don't expect magic.

The bottom is not flat. This makes cooking anything liquid incredibly annoying/difficult. Despite impeccable care and use of only silicone utensils, 7 months later it is no longer nonstick.
