Wow this is worth the money easy to use easy to clean holds the temp well cooks great its a great deep fryer
Like the ability to filter oil and then store oil in base
So of course the temp of the oil near the hot element is hotter than any where else not to mention the metal bracket is also conducting heat
I used to hate frying anything but ones i got this deep fryer i love today everyday i just love it fries
