There is no actual adhesion but if your door is close to the floor it is not going to move away from your door

We had a good temporary solution of stuffing a blanket along the edge of the bedroom door and turning the fan to on on the hvac but that wasnt the most attractive solution and it was hard to fill the whole gap under the door consistently

The only issue that i have is sometimes when i open up the door the draft stopper slides out of place and i have to reposition it
