Pros
Great bag. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Its light and rolls really well.
Fits a lot of items including laptop, food, waterbottle, extra pair of shoes etc. The reason i didn't give it a 5/5 is simply that there isn't a small compartment at the top. Fits under the seat perfect.
Good customer service. Have been using now for about 10-12 days.
Cons
Weight of the front pockets is too much for the flimsy canvas used to attach the front panel to the frame. No support for three compartments internally so it feels like it’s one combined compartment. Very clumsy when rolling, constantly tipping over.
This backpack is not water proof or durable. Durability not up to usual swiss gear quality. Material thinner and made of cheap plastic.

The side pockets are relatively short so my thermos normally falls out when on bumpy paths

The telescoping handle is still going strong but only telescopes to halfway closed
