Very sturdy product. Very well made. Big staples no problem for this beast. Saved my hands and sanity.

Quality is inferior to old version. It consistently tears the paper when removing the staples. Not great at removing upholstery staples.

The tip is too thick to get under staples on paper without cutting into the paper.

First, the tip was too thick to get under the staple, so you had to rip it out a bit just to start using the tool.
