Pros

The magnets are very strong and sturdy. The light makes it easy to read in dark jobs and in bright sunny days when that glare sometimes gets in the way. It won't fall off (assuming what you're leveling can stick to magnet )while you're on a ladder.

This is the most durable level i've ever heard of. It is solidly built.

Good product. This works very nicely. This thing is awesome.

Cons

Both vials slid back and forth. Not glued on each end. Just dead. Loose vials after a few weeks of light use.
