Excellent these work but i find i need to take 3 at a time or 2 with christopers quick colon formula excellent arrived on time and packaged well
I have been taking psyllium husk for quite a while and i have to say this pot is huge and quite a bit cheaper than the last lot i bought from a well know high street vitamin shop
