Pros
This stuff is definitely a bang for your buck. My only complaint is it takes too long for shipping.
This is one of the few probiotics that actually works for acid reflux. Eat without drinking. This is a simple one strain probiotic, but it is a very good strain.
Cons
Bought it for fem issues, never worked. I wonder if it can be at all efficacious. For whatever reason, this product frequently causes cramping and diarrhea.

It made a really thick mildly sour yogurt

I dont know about how its affecting me in terms of any measurable effects but i am sleeping much better lately though i dont know if its the supplement or something else
