Pros & Cons
Pros
This is by far the best thing i’ve used to transition out of swaddles. Also slightly thicker material in comparison to love to dream swaddle(think thick cotton teeshirt vs a thin jersey knit). This brand is better for cooler temperatures!
Baby loves it and started sleeping 5-6 hour stretches in this swaddle/sleepsack. Great for transitioning from swaddling. We love the feature to keep arms flexed which baby seems to prefer.
Kept her warm, but not sweaty. I love that it restricts the movements of their arms a little bit. It provides freedom to move and the ability to pick up a pacifier if lost in the night.
Cons
These are cheaply made and not work the money. Flawed design. It has a major flaw.
Highlights
Quality
I cannot say enough about this product
Quality material has held up to multiple washings
I’ve never written an amazon review but i had to for this product
Remember to keep one hand with the mitt on to reduce the startle reflex when transitioning
Price
For the price dont hesitate and buy it
Packaging/appearance
She would always be able to get her arms out of the swaddle and would wake at night
However this one smelled very strongly of formaldehyde out of the package
Competitiveness
The competitor velcro swaddle startles her and she always manages to get her little hands out
I find it funny that this is one of the least expensive swaddles i have found and it works the best
I stuck with lowcost options there are a lot of very expensive sleepsacks out there
I’ve always struggled through the transitional phase out of swaddles with my babies because they roll early
