Pros
Fits perfectly on my xl twin, and it is very comfy without being too soft. It was packaged very compactly and there was no smell once opened. Placed it under the mattress pad, so hopefully there will be minimal movement/misplacement.
Not a lot of prep involved in it's use. Well made and will last a long, long time. Other brands are basically over priced duplicates of this.
It sleeps great. Super comfy, waaaaay less aching, waaaay less turning, and not nearly as much retained heat.
Cons
The first 30 days will be ok then it goes downhill from there. Did not relieve my pain. Sadly returning it isn't an option due to it's size and awkwardness of repackaging.
Pad is soft, but not very durable. It gets compressed and feels hard. My wife and i are now suffering with severe back, shoulder and neck pain from sleeping on this for two nights.
The majority of the topper is only 1 inch. Another thing is that they advertise 3inch and it feels like a 2inch. It’s mostly a half an inch tall.
