Pros
No imperfections. No warping or bending. Support under the board is good with a woodframe running end to end spaced 6 inch apart to stop warping.
This product is absolutely fantastic. Excellent & elegant. Perfect size. Very happy with purchase.
The board seems very durable. Although i have used better boards back home in sl, this definately is an excellent buy for the price/availability in usa. It is solid in built. It has good quality and good coloring also.
Not even a single scratch when the board was delivered. Arrived quickly and without flaw.
Cons
The carom powder that came with the board is not good. The the workmanship is very poor. Please don't sell goods which are not manufactured to standard.
Received board has lot many scratches, color fading and wide cracks on every corner. It is uneven to play smoothly.

I had no issues with the quality.
Board arrived in a perfect condition and quality of the board is extremely good.
Powder provided along with the carom is not good.
Striker is of low quality, would recommend buying it separately.
I wish the striker was somewhat larger and the caroms were of better quality.
Packaging/appearance
With that being said, although i received the board in immaculate condition, the packaging is definitely poor.

My sibling has yet to open/use the board.

The surface is good not of very great/smooth, the striker is eccentric, we can see that when we rotate the striker.
