It dose what a light dose and bright with two preset brightness recargable plug in back with two batterys inside and has that regular rubber seal where in opens to keep water out

Only resion why i gave it 45 is because the battery dont last as long as what they said buy 30min when timed

Overall please with the product but there is no way this is 300 lumens

Also the light is not solid you can see a brighter section right in the middle that glows a warmer yellow depending on how far back you are form the object
