Pros
The wire clips and tool holder are awesome little nice to haves. No frills, works, looks good, stable. Love the clips for cable management.
There's a heaviness to all the parts. If you move it a bit tho you need to retighten the screws so it’s not wobbly.
Very easy to maneuver and holds the monitor at any angle when tightened properly. It has mount bracket for both flat and curved back monitors.
Cons
Stand is not as easily adjustable as it seems. Arm can only be folded up to 45 degrees rather than completely. Too many parts. Was unable to assemble.

I did find that the underside of the clamp hit the back panel of the desk allowing the post to twist when the monitor was moved
