Pros
It tastes, measures, feels and sweetens just like sugar without strange aftertaste. For me, this isn't a deal breaker because it actually keeps me steadier and in target glucose wise without going low.
Cons
This stuff has an aftertaste and it doesn't bake well at all. It's one of the many artificial sweeteners that are bad for a person'shealth either by increasing insulin production or causing digestive problems.

I didnt think i was going to like it because i hate the taste of stevia and fake sugars

However with this product the taste of stevia is not strong at all and i can see myself using this in baking and tea as a sugar replacement to reduce the risk of diabetes
