This mask covers absolutely 100 of the light on my head not even one ray of brightness came in

Both are nice to have if you need them but not particularly necessary plus the ear plugs are not the greatest when you roll them up to compress them and put them in your ears they expand pretty quickly so if youre not quick putting them in your ears they dont go in

My old sleep mask was okay but it didnt fit around my nose and was a bit narrow on the sides
