I heard about quercetin's inflammatory properties, so i actually started taking this because i've been suffering from a bad case of plantar fasciitis
I usually use a pre-workout with caffeine, during workout i take bcaas and then drink a whey protein shake after
It took about 5-6 days before i really started to feel how it was working
Now after a month i can easily say i love this product!! i really began realizing this after leg workouts where for at a minimum of two days post leg workout i used to wake up super sore and while that made me feel like i had a great workout i would prefer to not have been moving around like an old man
