There is a texture to the blackboard part so there isnt an issue for writing with actual chalk the chalk has something to grip verse when the board is smooth and slick its impossible to get it to work

Its not of high quality because it was a little difficult to draw on

You can also easily remove them if you want to gluemount them without the loop or change the loop out for something more decorative
