Pros
I'm in my mid thirties, so i thought that this would be a good time to start taking better care of myself. Able to sleep through the night without getting up for bathroom. Effectively treats my pmd.

The product works, but would like more info on other products they sell. This seem to solve that problem pretty quickly and then i forgot to take it with me on a trip and the problem returned.

Although this product does not have saw palmetto which is the rage in prostate formulas it does have beta sistosterol which is a related derivative
