Pros
I've had this belt for a couple of years now, and everytime i do feel the back ache pain comning on, this belt is the first thing i grab for" dr. Bakst on a gaia program and googling his accomplishments as a surgeon and reviewing his patent.
Cons
The seam is rough right at your stomach. Can not be worn comfortably against bare skin. It has the same rough seam closure problem.

I went to a prominent orthopedic urgent care for xrays and evaluation to learn that the l5 vertebrae was severely displaced from an old fracture and consequently narrowing my intervertebral foramen which was causing the pain

They told me surgery would not be an option which i was glad to hear and recommended an mri but my insurance deductible and oop total 6500 so i sought other options
