The pool is inflatable so it does require you to blow it up each time you want to use it

The motion of the water keeps the rubber duckies constantly moving around the outside ring of the pool

She sits in the middle and there is a ring next to the outside ring that makes a lazy river of water and you can gently move the water around with your hand to make the floaties go around and around
