Gas pipe nozel inlet should be on right side for easy handling but it is given on backside in center.

A few weeks ago 27th july 2021 to be specific, one of the burner knobs broke.

I called up the service number provided and placed a request to send someone.

I have made multiple reminder calls to the service agency so that they can check the other three knobs and get them fixed if necessary before it gets spoilt and they have not yet sent anyone though they promise to send someone immediately.
