These dont have anything to fasten each time once theyre installed

If theyre too loose then there wont be enough constant pressure on the plastic lock piece and theyll come unlocked

I can see their reasoning behind making it as they did but i think maybe it would be even better if the lock was a little harder to unlock so that there was less chance of it coming undone on its own when there isnt pressure on it

Also the fact that the locks are made of plastic does worry me a bit

Because these stretch you basically can put the locks on the outside and still tie the laces
