Pros

Melatonin helps me to change my sleeping pattern whenever it gets out of whack. It makes me sleepy in about 30 minutes so i can have a restful sleep. No longer waking up throughout the night. No groggy feeling in the morning either.

Works well, they wake refreshed, sleep well, no nightmares. These are also very well priced at under $4. The lower dosage helps him to sleep and doesn't wake him up at 3am when they wear off!

It is hard to find a dosage this small at the store. This is the ideal size to test what the minimum dose you need to benefit is.

I was talking a 5mg dosage every night but found that a smaller dosage actually works better

Nowadays most larger stores dont sell less than 1mg melatonin and many dont sell less than 3 or even 5mg
