Pros
My only complaint is the lid sometimes catches on one side when closing. Appreciate the hinged lid.
Back of each component is clearly labeled, removing any guesswork.
It’s sturdy, totally waterproof and even lockable.
Cons
The box is flimsy, and made from sub par materials. It's also not peppercorn colored, it's plain grey. Do not purchase.
The floor is so warped that it was impossible to get all the attaching points seated together. Open seams, no metal hinges, nothing stopping the lid pins from being snapped off if over-extended. Weak and unstable.

I found that the negative reviews regarding the horrible bottom panel design to be accurate

The tabs do not adequately secure the bottom panel to the side panels resulting in the bottom of the deck box falling out when lifted especially with any weight inside of the box
