Pros
It has an automatic 10hr off switch. Can switch from low, medium, and high.
It's heavenly to lay on. It makes me so nice and toasty. This is a nice warmth that you can cuddle up to for a length of time.
I love the thickness of the pillow and how long it stretches.
This sunbeam heated body pillow is a huge game changer for me. The only problem i have with the pillow is that it seems to still radiate heat even when not plugged in.
Cons
The pillow is enormous, very bulky, and a big hassle to use. Trying to get them replaced or repaired seem to be more a hassle then it is. It would never fit in regular home washer.

But this lack is not enough to detract from our fivestar rating for an item that is of good quality wellmade very functional and useful
I would like to use it under my sheets so i can stay warm but it’s a little much to handle with the large pillow
It was too hot for me at times even with the medium temperature but i have to heal my muscles somehow

The cord plugs in to the heated pillow at a bottom corner so it is pretty easy to route it out of the way

I was not planning to keep it in my bed all the time just to use when my neck and shoulders lock up but it is a pain to store given its size

I just think the coiled wiring and heating elements inside the pillow must somehow hold on to my own body heat and radiate it back to me kind of like an emergency blanket does

However it is not so good as a regular body pillow as it retains body heat even if it hasnt been plugged in at all
