Pros
This machine brews perfect crema coffee. Steam wand is impressively powerful on par with commercial machines. Plenty of space between group handle and tray for a good sized mug.
To me it's sturdy, easy to use, and built with good quality material. The stainless steal and the plastic part surface both feel pretty good. Easy to use and produces consist hot coffees just the way my partner likes them.
It’s a great time saver. Not perfect yet but getting there. Highly recommend this coffee machine to everyone. Loving my coffee machine.
Cons
Have found many people with same problem. Will be contacting amazon. Never buy delonghi, they're the fiats of coffee machines. Pretty disappointed with the big purchase.

While the grinder can be a bit messy it was easily fixed by getting a 58mm dosing ring that fits the group head
The grinder does not drop to centre of portafilter

Its not the most powerful being a thermoblock not a boiler

It requires a very different grind and compaction to get a good extraction so is taking lot of experimenting
