Pros
An outstanding product for the money. It still works, but is packed away right now after a big move. I’m purchasing another because it’s still a great product.
Cons
It takes too much pressure to open the drain on this model. Pressing the drain button bends the entire unit forward. The dispense lever is extremely hard to push.
Quality is far inferior to the one i used to have. No response for weeks. Never worked right. Sending back was a head ache. Please go back to the original design. Not what the designers of this product had in mind.
The heat control is on the back and is awkward to depress and it’s difficult to see if the light is on. The worst part about this is how long it took to fill my mug. Then it continues to drip after its release.

After the third use the dispenser handle broke off

When i tried my new one i had the same difficulty pressing the dispenser handle

This time the handle did not break off but the water trickles out slowly unless the handle is pressed hard enough to make the unit bend

So if you want to prevent algae from forming in such leftover water inside the tub you have to wipe its interior dry

Plasticmaterials used feel a little cheesy but the unit didnt cost much
