I contacted sunba when i initially got the camera to learn about compatible browsers and let them know that i was disappointed that ie was the only one supported

Weeks later i received another message from sunba saying they developed a new firmware that supports firefox now and more browsers will be supported afterwards…tried firefox with their live demo and wow

Basically you check the gateway of your router which you get from its back sticker and edit the ip of the camera to match the first 3 items eg

Remember not to use the “same to pc” button when the unit is hooked directly on the pc which mysteriously converts the ip of the camera to the exact same value as the pc literally same to pc… and causes an ip conflict not sure why this was designed earlier…the button worked with router connection though
