Great addition to tea to help with calmness and focus. It is in a thyroid mineral i take so i have 1/4 tsp of this at 2 so i do t over dose for me and works well. This jar is absolutely amazingly effective.

Sun potion is a highly trusted brand, this is probably some of the best ashwaganda you can get outside of a local organic apothecary. Will be a life long customer. It's lasted about 3 months, so certainly goes a long way.
