the strap was a must for my purpose a white water rafting trip in the grand canyon where the winds and rapids are frequent but the sun can be brutal

Love the adjustable head so i don’t have to use the chin strap

It doesnt stay on my head very well and mine didnt come with the chin strap which would have helped
