It's quite comfortable, very easy to put together. It keeps my back straight and keeps moving my core abs which i like the most.

These stools take up less space than a regular chair might adjust easily for use with the standing desks they both have now and provide some minimal degree of funexercise as they use their stomach muscles as they wobble around
