Pros

Black pepper extract increases your bodies ability to use the curcumin by a factor of 20. Gluten free is very important to me. Restless leg goes with parkinsons and that kept me awake nights.

The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily for a total of 1000mgm. Curcumin is the ingredient in turmeric that also helps to neutralize free *. Turmeric helps to impede the enzymes that cause the growth of cancer cells.

Cons

Good price but the capsules are brown. Just was not effective.
