The only thing is you have to figure out how to insert them all the way down to the toes

I was able to get them to stick permanently to my cloth bottom sandals by using a very thin layer of liquid stitch glue which helped the adhesive stick even better

Stayed put in sandals and only came out when i took them out to swap them

And they have adhesive on the back so they stay in place but not so sticky that they wont come out

I was afraid that they wouldnt stay adhered to the original sole

I also suggest cleaning the soles well and letting it dry 3 days for me but im overly cautious
